FAQ OF HOUSEHOLD PUMP

Flow Volume Unit

1.0m3=1.0Ton=1000L=264USG

Pressure Unit

10m Head=1.0 Bar=0.1Mpa=1.0kgf/cm2 =14.3PSI

FLOW CALCULATION

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN FLOOR AND HEAD

POSITIVE PRESSURE (EFFECTIVE PRESSURE)

It means the pipeline with pressure in the inlet of pump .It is regular from the municipal pipeline or water tower(Water is under downward booster) and the pressure is insufficient.

PLY PRESSURE EFFECT

It means the pressure of inlet of pump will be added on the outlet of pump by pump working . For example ,when the pressure of inlet of pump is 1.0 bar and head of pump is 30m ,the pressure of outlet of pump would be max in 4.0 bar.

WATER HAMMER EFFECT

The pipeline pressure will cause reverse reaction on the pump when the pump stop on the upward booster condition.It may occur on the building which is more than 7 floors .So the pipeline buffer is required .

SELF-PRIMING AND SUCTION

3 core structures of self-primimg

1. Pump Body with Check Valve;

2. Enough Water Storage Chamber

3. Exhaust System;

So the self-priming pump can work after full filled water in the pump body. The suction height is equal to the max suction . Normal pump without self-priming function couldn't work unless there is a check valve at the bottom of pipeline and the pipeline is fully filled water

What Are the Benefits of Fertigation Compared with Traditional Fertilizing?

Traditional fertilizing usually involves applying fertilizer directly to the soil by hand, machinery, or other application methods. Fertigation takes a different approach by delivering dissolved fertilizer through an irrigation system, allowing water and nutrients to reach crops through the same distribution network.

Stainless Steel Jet Pumps Gain Traction in Precision Agriculture and Water Treatment Sectors

As fine irrigation and water recycling projects scale up globally, compact self-priming pumps with moderate head and corrosion resistance are emerging as a key equipment category — and the JETS series from Risefull is seeing renewed market interest.
What is a fertilizer pump, and how do you select the right one?11 2026-06

What is a fertilizer pump, and how do you select the right one?

A fertilizer pump—often referred to as a fertigation pump or fertilizer injector—is a critical component of integrated water and fertilizer systems. Its primary function is to draw fertilizer solution from a storage container, mix it with irrigation water at a preset ratio, and deliver the resulting mixture to the crop's root zone.
